We had an amazing stay here! The hotel's location is perfect as it is just across the Park's entrance. The roman theme decoration all around the hotel is very excellent. We loved the bunker beds in our room, it was a great additional space for our kids. The Gelateria near reception was a huge plus too, perfect for satisfying our late night cravings.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

Hotel, room and restaurant designs are breath taking. The location is perfect for visiting the Europa Park.
They did not provide iron/iron board in the room, so you have to give them items for ironing, pay a furtune, and wait in the room till you get your dress back. We had to skip the breakfast!

Recently stayed at a theme park hotel that exceeded expectations! The rooms were beautifully-themed and well-furnished, offering a comfortable and relaxing stay. The central courtyard offered a great atmosphere, with fantastic light shows as the backdrop. The buffet restaurant served delicious dishes at reasonable prices, and the location of the hotel was a stone's throw away from the park.
The lack of toiletries in the bathroom and the absence of porters, which was surprising for a hotel of this standard and price.

Location to park, facilities for kids
Standard of food and drinks was very average for a four star superior, for example, morning coffee was very weak and hot chocolate from gelateria was made with hot water. Evening buffet was also not very impressive, next time would probably travel outside of park to get food of better quality and better value for money.

The hotel was located conveniently near a popular amusement park and gave easy access to all the fun activities. the rooms were reasonably sized and cozy, with some even offering a nice view.
The staff left a lot to be desired.

Resturant was very good. Breakfast buffet was also very good. Room was very clean and large.
The room did not have ac (which usually isn't a problem) but it was 80 degrees the night we stayed and the room was very warm. Our room faced the street so the noises drifted into our room all night. The towels in the bathroom were very thin and very small.

The staff was very disorganized, couldn't find our reservations and they were not very customer service oriented. We have stayed before and never had this problem, however.
